Internship at Enigma Consulting Group:

  • Enigma Consulting Group (EnigmaCG) delivers high quality, cost effective event solutions to our clients. Our internship program provides an opportunity for students to learn and experience market research, tele-marketing and tele-sales in furthering their corporate venture. The role will be working as part of the Sales & Marketing team.

  • Program objective:

  • Experiential learning in corporate/SME work environments that could lead to employment opportunities for the interns or even confidence to start their own companies e.g. develop/implement a plan for a new product/service under our supervision
  • Opportunity to build a relationship with experienced professionals e.g. connects students with our corporate partners and other corporations throughout Asia

  • The program is designed to support corporate objectives by providing interns that will complete a sales and marketing focused project for the organization – students are expected to add value to the work environment and to provide useful deliverables for the company e.g. implementing new initiatives.

  • Through the internship program, each intern works directly with the senior executive in the company – participating in the activities that provide practical experience e.g. market research, database development, graphic design, attending meetings, involve in solving the day-today problems of the organization and other decision making activities, as well as assisting with special projects under the direct supervision of the manager, who will provide guidance and support e.g. hold meetings with intern to review progress, answer questions, suggest areas of improvement and provide general support and encouragement.

  • The internship is for a minimum of 3 months, 40 hours a week – the company shall keep a log/record of the intern’s hours.

  • The company shall provide a complete evaluation of the intern’s performance at the end of the internship.

  •  Required Skill:

  • Extrovert, outspoken, communication skill, and sociable.
  • Direct marketing: establishing contact with international agencies

  • Business development: Identifying potential clients and running e-mail marketing campaigns

  • Keeping up to date with competitors and market trends

  • Sales Leads

  • Good attitude, attention to details, and eager to learn.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
